On this page we highlight our printed reflective solutions for vehicle conspicuity and visibility. We begin with high quality branded reflective sheeting manufactured by Orafol Americas, either their Oralite V98 Conformable Prismatic Series or their Oralite 5650 Rapid Air Engineer Grade with Air Release Technology. We print on these films using an Eco Solvent Large Format Printer which uses long lasting TR2 outdoor inks. After printing and curing, our panels and prints are laminated with Orafol 290 G laminate for an extra long outdoor life. Orafol 290G cast laminate film locks in the design and protects the finished product from UV rays. The result is an ultra vivid and bright product with a long outdoor life. The panels we create are flexible, with a peel and stick backing. For the majority of our reflective panels we use Oralite V98 conformable prismatic, due to its ease of application and high performance. It is preferred by fire departments for these reasons. When a cost effective alternative is desire, we use 5650 Engineer Grade. Images of some of our print projects are posted below.
